Wonderful Hotel Stay!
helpful staff reasonable prices hot water
The staff were really helpful, and everyone seemed happy to assist! The food was lovely, and the prices were quite reasonable. I found the room had sufficient storage, and there was plenty of hot water for showers.
The walk back from the town centre is uphill.

The hotel provides a swimming pool and jacuzzi. A pool table is available for guest use. There is a huge car park. It offers plenty of parking spaces.

The dining room has a lot of space and views of the garden! The staff dressed neatly, and they were very efficient. The hotel gave me a single person occupancy rate for my double room, I really appreciated that.

The hotel is a short walk from the town centre, which I found very convenient. The hotel has a south-facing view from the front. I enjoyed sitting outside to take in the sun.

My bedroom had a lovely view. There is a lift to all floors! Stairs are available for those more able. The grounds are kept clean and there is outdoor seating.

clean room large room clean pool warm water
the food was very nice and the staff were nice and very helpful. our room was clean and very large. the pool was lovely and clean and the water was warm. breakfast featured a buffet with top quality products.
the heater in the bathroom wasn't working properly, so it was cold during the night.

friendly staff large car park wall cracks uncomfortable mattress
The staff were very friendly. The car park was large making it easy to park.
The walls had cracks, chips and dirty marks. The mattress was like i was sleeping on the springs only.
